Our managing
partner, Abdul Razak Rahim, RN, CPA, MBA, has extensive experience
in audit, consulting, and accounting. He has served in many
capacities in public accounting, private industry accounting and
consulted on many large engagements. His experience includes
overseeing financial statement audits, OMB Circular A-133 audits,
due diligence and agreed-upon procedures, indirect cost rate
proposals, utilization review and management, clinical chart
review, revenue cycle analysis, market analysis and other
value-added services.
Abdul is a
licensed Certified Public Accountant and Registered Nurse in
the state of Maryland. He is a member of the
Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, American
Institute of
Certified Public
Accountants, and National Black MBA
Association. He
graduated from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the
University of
Maryland,
College
Park with a BS
in Accounting and a MBA in Finance and Strategy.
